About the Role:

We are building a modern legal operation powered by AI and technology-first workflows. We are hiring a Founding Paralegal to support high-volume contracting and operational functions across a growing commercial client base. This role is designed for someone who is comfortable operating at the intersection of law, operations, technology, and administrative support.

You will handle day-to-day contract review and execution while actively supporting the broader operational needs of the team. This is a hands-on startup role where speed, adaptability, and ownership matter. You will not just provide traditional paralegal supportâyou will help shape how legal and operational work is done.

This role offers meaningful mentorship from senior legal leadership, exposure to diverse business functions, and the opportunity to grow with an AI-enabled legal operation from the ground up.
