ECS is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to work remotely.

We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer with varying skill levels that will consult and support end to end ServiceNow implementations and delivery goals. This position will leverage knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end automated solutions which includes technical implementation of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configurations.

Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000

Qualifications
  • Must be a US Citizen per contract and possess a current Public Trust or DoD Secret level clearance or higher.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in CIS, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Must be able to solution and develop complex CUSTOM APPLICATIONS in the ServiceNow platform. 
  • 5+ years; ServiceNow development experience in ITSM, ITOM, SAM, ITBM and/or equivalent.
  • ServiceNow Fundamentals (CSA) and ServiceNow Implementation certifications.
  • Functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow configuration and implementation.
  • Consultant in 3 or more ServiceNow implementation projects
  • Knowledge of JavaScript within ServiceNow.
  • Implementation experience working directly with customers and clients.
  • Knowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services.
