You will be actively involved in the design of various components behind scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

Job Summary

• The QA Manager will lead the Quality Assurance team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer expectations and comply with industry standards.
• This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in software testing and quality processes.
• The QA Manager will collaborate across cross-functional teams to define quality strategies, enforce best practices, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team, fostering a culture of quality, collaboration, and innovation.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and quality plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, security, and automation testing.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Development teams to integrate quality practices into the development lifecycle.
• Define QA metrics, monitor test coverage, defect rates, and test execution to measure quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive the adoption and improvement of test automation frameworks and tools to accelerate testing cycles and improve accuracy.
• Establish and enforce standard testing methodologies, policies, and documentation best practices.
• Manage QA resources, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize testing efforts based on risk, impact, and business needs.
• Lead efforts for CI/CD pipeline integration, ensuring automated testing supports agile development and frequent releases.
• Stay current with emerging QA trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the team’s capabilities.
• Handle escalations related to quality issues and participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency application testing is advantageous.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerized environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese is a must
