Requirements

Experience with PHP and modern frameworks
Understanding of software development principles such as coding standards and design patterns
A keen eye for detail and genuine passion for development
Experience with package managers and version control
Strong collaboration and communication skills
A desire to learn, share, and improve within the team
Understanding of the full software lifecycle
Awareness of security best practices
Bonus if: Magento 2 experience
Bonus if: Server administration or DevOps knowledge
Bonus if: Familiarity with GraphQL, Varnish, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch
Bonus if: Contributions to open source or community projects
