The Role

The Head of Casino will be responsible for overall casino performance, including revenue growth, margin stability, provider management, product optimisation, and promotional governance. The successful candidate will drive structured commercial decision-making while ensuring the casino vertical scales in a controlled and profitable manner.

The position reports directly to senior leadership and carries significant strategic influence.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead commercial performance of the casino vertical, focusing on revenue growth and margin discipline
• Manage provider relationships and oversee game portfolio optimisation
• Develop and control the casino promotional framework to ensure profitability
• Analyse player and game performance data to identify improvement opportunities
• Strengthen cross-sell between sportsbook and casino
• Work closely with Risk, CRM, and Product to align commercial strategy
• Revenue growth aligns with sustainable margin objectives

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years experience in online casino leadership
• Previous Head of Casino, Casino Director, or equivalent senior role
• Demonstrated track record of scaling casino revenue profitably
• Strong expertise in:

• Provider economics and negotiation
• RTP strategy and margin management
• Promotional cost control
• Player lifecycle dynamics
• Game performance analytics
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical depth
• Experience operating across international markets preferred
