🎓 Youth Advocacy & Success Manager

We’re looking for someone who can build a student movement around digital wellness.

Not by lecturing. Not by policing. But by empowering students to take ownership of their time and become the loudest voices advocating for Opal inside their own schools.

You’ll build and activate a community of high school students passionate about digital wellness and help them champion healthier screen habits across their schools.

About the Role

• Location: US Remote or Paris (France)
• Employment Type: Full time
• Department: Operations
• Work Mode: Remote-first role (8 to 10 days of travel to Europe every quarter) or hybrid role (3 days per week at the office)

Compensation

• US (East Coast): Base Salary $60K – $70K · Offers Equity · Offers Bonus
• France: Base Salary €32K – €38K · Offers Equity · Offers Bonus
