About the Role
We are looking for a Team Lead, Payroll Regulatory Compliance to join our EMEA team. In this role, you will lead and manage a team focused on ensuring payroll regulatory compliance across multiple countries in the EMEA region. You will work within our R&D and Product departments to drive payroll compliance initiatives and help Deel maintain its position as a leader in global payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of payroll regulatory compliance specialists across the EMEA region
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations across multiple European countries
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement compliance requirements
- Monitor and analyze changes in payroll legislation across EMEA markets
- Drive continuous improvement in payroll compliance processes and systems
- Provide guidance and expertise on complex payroll regulatory matters
