Senior Software Engineer – Client Engineering

Client Engineering bridges global product capabilities with territory-specific client needs. We own implementation, support, acceleration and invention work that is delivered at pace while protecting long-term platform integrity. The team partners deeply with Product and Market Engineering, absorbing client-driven complexity and building scalable regional solutions. With expansion into new territories underway, we we re hiring a senior engineer to shape architecture and elevate delivery standards across the London team.

What You'll Need

• Strong professional experience in Python Deep experience with Django (or similar Python frameworks)
• Strong experience designing scalable REST APIs
• Proven experience improving performance and reliability in production systems
• Experience influencing or leading technical architecture decisions
• Comfortable balancing speed of delivery with long-term maintainability

What You'll Do

• Lead architectural design across implementation, acceleration and invention initiatives
• Build scalable Python/Django services and APIs
• Design MVP solutions that can evolve into core platform capabilities
• Diagnose and resolve complex performance bottlenecks
• Mentor mid-level engineers and elevate engineering standards
• Partner cross-functionally with Product and other engineering teams
