Travel Support Engineer

In this role, you won t just write code. You ll shape the first LLM-powered assistant in our support product. You ll automate repetitive work, free up our Travel Ops team to focus on the tricky problems, and create tools that travelers and colleagues will actually enjoy using. Every line of code you write will have real impact.

What you ll get to do:

• Build full-stack features with React, TypeScript, , and Elixir that people rely on every day
• Partner with designers to create self-service tools travelers will love
• Connect internal and external systems to make support feel seamless
• Automate repetitive tasks so your colleagues can focus on the problems only humans can solve
• Experiment with AI and automation, helping shape how we use cutting-edge tech to improve real-world experiences

• Can explain technical ideas in plain English so everyone understands
• Cares deeply about creating a great user experience
