About the Role

We are looking for a Crypto Research & Market Insights Analyst to join the Investor Content team within Fulfillment at Yieldschool.

This is a fully remote contract role paying $4,000 per month.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between complex crypto market data and clear, actionable insights for our community. You will analyze on-chain metrics, macroeconomic developments, and emerging technologies across the crypto ecosystem while translating those insights into engaging written content and live community discussions.

This position combines market research, content creation, and live community engagement. You will conduct independent research, collaborate with the broader research team, participate in live calls with our members, and publish structured analysis that helps our community understand what is happening in crypto and how to act on it.

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes crypto, understands market cycles, and enjoys translating complex market signals into clear insights that help others make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Intelligence

Conduct daily research across the crypto ecosystem to identify emerging narratives, market opportunities, and macro developments.
Analyze on-chain data, macroeconomic conditions, and technological advancements to develop actionable market insights.
Monitor key market metrics, token movements, protocol developments, and major industry events to identify meaningful signals within market noise.
Contribute to structured research outputs including the Monthly Market Analysis Report and other ongoing research initiatives.
Collaborate with the research team to synthesize insights and develop cohesive market perspectives.

Content Creation & Publishing

Produce 3–4 high-quality written market analysis reports each week, including:
Structured market updates rotating through Blue Chips, Mid Caps, Low Caps, and broad market overviews.
Deep-dive analysis covering on-chain metrics, macro trends, trader sentiment, and emerging crypto technologies.
Create Spotlight summaries that synthesize key takeaways from live calls and market developments.
Compile weekly market recaps to keep the community informed about major market narratives and events.
Publish rapid-response market alerts during periods of high volatility.

Live Community Engagement

Host or co-host the weekly “Markets, Methods & Mindset” live call on Mondays.
Present market insights and discuss evolving market conditions with community members.
Translate complex crypto research into clear, actionable insights for the community.
Engage with members during live sessions and help answer questions about market developments.

Platform & Research Hub Management

Maintain and update the Research Hub, ensuring the platform is consistently updated with the latest market insights and research materials.
Maintain internal and community-facing tracking spreadsheets to ensure accurate research data and insights.
Organize research content so it remains accessible and valuable for the community.

Team Collaboration & Strategy

Participate in internal Strategy (Strat) meetings on Mondays and Thursdays to align research insights with broader team initiatives.
Work closely with the research and content teams to ensure insights are communicated clearly and consistently.
Contribute to special research projects and initiatives including the Annual Meeting.

Ideal Background

Experience researching crypto markets, DeFi ecosystems, or blockchain technologies.
Active participation in crypto communities or platforms such as Twitter/X, YouTube, newsletters, Discord, or research blogs.
Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Glassnode, Dune, Nansen, Token Terminal, or similar tools is beneficial but not required.
Candidates may come from professional research roles or be self-taught analysts deeply immersed in the crypto ecosystem.
