Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries in Croatian via multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat
Educate clients about blockchain fundamentals and the features of our products
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Collaborate with technical teams to address complex client issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction
Provide regular updates to clients about new developments in our services
Collect and share customer feedback to improve support and product offerings
Foster a supportive team atmosphere through effective communication and collaboration

Fluency in Croatian and English, both spoken and written, is required
Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred, ideally within the tech or blockchain industry
Excellent communication skills, with a talent for explaining complex information clearly
Strong problem-solving capabilities to effectively handle customer inquiries
Detail-oriented with a dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
Genuine interest in blockchain technology and a willingness to learn
