Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries in Italian through various channels, such as phone, email, and live chat
Educate clients on blockchain concepts, product features, and best practices
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues and enhance service quality
Provide timely updates to clients regarding new products and services
Gather customer feedback to help improve our support services and offerings
Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration

Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential
Previous experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in the tech or blockchain sector
Strong communication skills with an ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Problem-solving skills to help address and resolve customer concerns
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
