MLabs is a Haskell, Rust, Blockchain, AI & Recruitment consultancy seeking a Head of Ecosystem to join their team remotely.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development (BD), Ecosystem Management, or Go-to-Market (GTM) roles within the crypto or Web3 infrastructure space.
• Broad domain experience across key blockchain ecosystems, specifically with the EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) and Solana networks.
• Obsession with growth and a proven ability to deliver quantifiable results through innovative partnerships.
• Demonstrated success in building, negotiating, and managing complex partnerships, leading cross-functional projects, and collaborating effectively with technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
• Deep passion for protocol infrastructure and the future of on-chain yield generation.
