Overview

MLabs is seeking a Protocol Integration Engineer to join their team remotely. MLabs is a Haskell, Rust, Blockchain, AI & Recruitment consultancy.

Proficiency in Smart Contracts: Strong programming skills in Solidity and/or Rust, with a proven track record in smart contract development.
Full-Stack Capability: Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript.
DeFi Pedigree: Prior technical experience at an established DeFi project is required.
Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep familiarity with DeFi protocols and cross-chain messaging protocols.
Communication: Strong technical writing skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to external stakeholders. Must be fluent in English.

Proactive Problem Solver: A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
Collaborative & Team-Oriented: Ability to foster relationships with finance experts, blockchain specialists, and designers alike.

Autonomy: Comfortable taking full ownership of projects in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
