Software Engineer I - Application Spec (Patient Case Systems)

In general, the following responsibilities apply for the Software Engineer I role. This includes, but is not limited to the following:

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test software for class I, II and III medical devices per software standards, e.g. IEC62304.
• Participate in technical reviews of requirements, specifications, designs, code and other engineering artifacts, ensuring timely delivery to meet program commitments.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives for the software team. This includes recognizing areas for improvement as well as working with others to develop and document process improvements.
• Develop reusable patterns and encourage innovation that will increase team velocity.
• Work collaboratively across functions and with internal and external partners to deliver high quality products to the marketplace.

Key Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
• 0 years of relevant technical experience.
