About the Project

We are assembling an elite team of pre-vetted professionals to undertake the design, development, and delivery of a groundbreaking, custodial Web3 platform. This is not a rushed project; it is a commitment to building a secure, audited, production-grade system intended to operate at a global scale, withstand regulatory scrutiny, and perform under adversarial conditions.

The core of this platform is the Vexela Conversion Engine (VCE), a sophisticated smart contract system that will redefine cross-chain functionality and asset management. We are seeking an individual who doesn't just understand the Web3 ecosystem but has hands-on experience shaping it.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Web3 Infrastructure Engineer with deep, verifiable expertise in custodial infrastructure, cross-chain architecture, and decentralized exchange (DEX) integrations. You will be the lead architect and developer for the VCE, responsible for transforming complex business requirements into a secure, efficient, and scalable smart contract systema and have full ownerships of the project up to the production .

The ideal candidate is a pre-vetted professional whose blockchain expertise and track record in delivering complex, audited smart contract systems are already established.

Key Responsibilities

You will be directly responsible for the architecture, development, and deployment of the VCE, which includes the following components:

Smart Contract Development: Architect and write secure, gas-optimized Solidity smart contracts for the entire VCE system.

Cross-Chain Architecture: Design and implement robust cross-chain messaging and asset routing using protocols like LayerZero, CCIP, Wormhole, or Axelar.

DEX & Liquidity Aggregation: Develop deep integrations with leading DEX aggregators and AMMs (e.g., 1inch, 0x API, Uniswap, PancakeSwap) to ensure optimal swap rates and liquidity.

Stablecoin Expertise: Engineer the core swap engine for seamless single-chain and cross-chain stablecoin conversions, with a strong focus on USDC and USDT.

Oracle Integration & Security: Implement Chainlink oracles for secure price feeds, MEV protection, and dynamic slippage management.

Treasury & Asset Management: Build multi-asset balance management for users (ERC-20, BEP-20) and implement secure, automated hot/cold wallet segregation with rebalancing logic.

Security & Admin Controls: Utilize upgradeability patterns (e.g., OpenZeppelin UUPS) and implement robust admin features guarded by multisig (e.g., Gnosis Safe), including pause/unpause, asset whitelisting, and delayed withdrawals for security.

Compliance & Auditing: Work closely with third-party security audit firms to review code, remediate findings, and ensure the system is mainnet-ready and compliant.

Must-Have Qualifications

Pre-Vetted Status: Your blockchain development expertise and professional experience have been previously verified by a recognized industry body or platform.

7+ years of professional software development experience with 5+ years focused exclusively on blockchain and smart contract development.

Proven, hands-on experience shipping production-grade smart contract systems that have managed significant value.

Expert-level proficiency in Solidity, the EVM, and smart contract security best practices.

Deep, practical knowledge of cross-chain interoperability protocols (e.g., LayerZero, Wormhole, Axelar).

Extensive experience integrating with multiple DEXs and aggregators on Ethereum and other EVM-compatible chains (e.g., BSC, Polygon, Arbitrum).

Strong understanding of stablecoin mechanics, DeFi primitives, NFTs, and DAOs.

Experience with oracle integrations (Chainlink), proxy patterns (UUPS), and multisig wallets (Gnosis Safe).

A security-first mindset with an unwavering commitment to writing tested, auditable, and resilient code.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience working on custodial or financial infrastructure.

Contributions to major Web3 protocols or open-source projects.

Experience navigating regulatory considerations in a DeFi context.

Knowledge of non-EVM chains (Solana, Cosmos, etc.).
