Senior Software Engineer - UI, Connectors Platform

Algolia was built to help users deliver an intuitive search-as-you-type experience on their websites and mobile apps. We provide a search API used by thousands of customers in more than 100 countries. Billions of search queries are answered every month thanks to the code we push into production every day.

As a Senior UI Software Engineer on the Connectors Platform Team, you ll play a key role in building products that help our customers ingest, transform, and enrich their data with AI, making it seamless to integrate into Algolia.

The Role

• Design and build intuitive, AI-assisted customer UIs for data ingestion and enrichment
• Own the end-to-end user experience, from technical design through production delivery
• Champion engineering excellence with clean, tested, performant, and accessible code
• Shape the product roadmap by proposing ideas that improve how businesses connect data with Algolia

You might be a fit if you have

• Around 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and React
• A track record of delivering high-quality, maintainable, and tested code
• Curiosity and initiative to experiment with UI improvements
• Clear communication skills in English, both written and spoken
