What You’ll Do

• Act as the bridge between global strategy and local execution, working across Paid, Partnerships, SEO, Lifecycle, Product, and Analytics teams.
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of global crypto and fintech ecosystems — including influencers, affiliates, media, and key acquisition channels.
• Identify and execute high-impact growth opportunities across multiple markets.
• Develop user personas, targeting strategies, and messaging tailored to different regions and customer segments (including high-value users).
• Optimize the full growth funnel — from acquisition to activation and retention.
• Audit and improve key user journeys (landing pages, onboarding, flows) to maximize conversion and trust.
• Translate data into clear insights, experiments, and growth strategies.
• Localize messaging and positioning to ensure cultural relevance across markets.
• Monitor brand sentiment, communities, and potential risks — and act fast when needed.
• Work closely with leadership to define and execute scalable growth playbooks.

Key Metrics (KPIs)

• Growth in funded accounts globally
• Customer LTV and LTV/CAC ratio
• Conversion rates across the funnel (signup → funded → active)
• Market penetration across key regions
• Cost efficiency across acquisition channels

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10+ years in growth, performance marketing, or product marketing roles.
• Proven track record of scaling consumer apps or fintech/crypto products globally.
• Strong understanding of crypto markets, user behavior, and acquisition channels.
• Hands-on experience across paid media, partnerships, affiliates, and lifecycle marketing.
• Highly analytical — able to turn data into clear actions and experiments.
• Experience with tools like GA4, Mixpanel, attribution platforms, and analytics stacks.
• Excellent communication skills — able to align teams and execute fast.
• Strong ownership mindset — you move fast, test, learn, and iterate.

Nice to Have

• Experience in crypto exchanges, wallets, or fintech apps.
• Existing network of influencers, affiliates, or media partners.
• Experience scaling in multiple international markets.
• Ability to build and lead regional growth teams over time.
