• Identify new affiliates and reactivate inactive partners;
• Execute marketing activities to promote the affiliate program (including online/offline events);
• Prepare promotional assets (banners, copy, screenshots);
• Monitor competitors’ campaigns and promotions;
• Maintain regular communication with affiliates and share product/program updates;
• Monitor partner performance and activity (including transaction checks and fraud risks);
• Ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines;
• Verify accurate tracking and reporting;
• Initiate new campaigns, promotions, and bonus offers;
• Resolve operational, financial, technical, and compliance issues;
• Analyze affiliate performance and collaborate with analytics for reporting.

Experience you’ll need to bring:

• 1 year+ of experience in affiliate marketing or related role;
• Experience in LATAM local markets and SEO;
• Understanding of the market (betting/gambling);
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets;
• Knowledge of traffic sources, payment models (CPA/Revenue Share/Hybrid) and traffic KPI analysis methods (ROI/ROMI/eCPA/ARPU);
• Knowledge of the basics of web analytics.
