X/Twitter Ghostwriter – Crypto Media Company (Part-Time / Contract)

About Us

We're a Miami-based media company that creates content across the crypto and Web3 space — podcasts, short-form video, and tweets. Our creators produce hours of original content every week. What we're missing is someone who can extract the best moments and ideas from that content and turn them into high-performing tweets.

This isn't a "schedule some posts" role. We need a writer who can listen to a 60-minute podcast, pull out the three sharpest takes, and write tweets that sound like they came directly from the creator.

The Role

You'll be the bridge between long-form content and Twitter/X. Your core workflow:

• Ingest — Watch/listen to podcasts, interviews, and video content produced by our creators
• Extract — Identify the most engaging, shareable, and quotable moments
• Write — Turn those moments into tweets, threads, and quote-style posts in each creator's voice
• Adapt — Study how each creator talks, what language they use, what they'd never say — and mirror that authentically

You'll be ghostwriting for multiple creator accounts, so the ability to switch between voices is essential. One creator might be punchy and opinionated, another might be more analytical. You need to nail both.

What You'll Produce

• Daily tweets across multiple creator accounts (expect 3–5 tweets per account per day)
• Weekly threads distilling key takeaways from long-form content
• Reactive/timely tweets when relevant news breaks in the crypto space
• Occasional engagement copy (replies, quote tweets) in the creator's voice

You're a Fit If You

• You're already deep in Crypto Twitter. You know the tone, the memes, the culture, the inside jokes. You understand why "gm" isn't just a greeting and why a well-timed ratio matters.
• You can write in someone else's voice. This is the hardest part. If you default to your own writing style regardless of who you're writing for, this isn't the role.
• You're a strong listener. Half the job is consuming content and pulling out what matters. You need good editorial instincts — knowing what will hit on Twitter vs. what's filler.
• You understand crypto and Web3 at a conversational level. You don't need to be a Solidity dev, but you should be able to write confidently about DeFi, NFTs, market structure, and industry narratives without needing everything explained to you.
• You're fast. Crypto moves quickly. A take that's relevant at 9am might be stale by noon. You need to operate with urgency.
• You've done this before — either professionally as a ghostwriter/social media writer, or you've built your own following on CT and understand what works.

Nice to Have

• Experience ghostwriting for founders, creators, or executives on X
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Typefully, Hypefury, or similar)
• Understanding of Twitter/X analytics and what drives impressions, engagement, and follower growth
• Ability to clip or timestamp key moments from video/audio content

What This Isn't

• This is not a full-time role. Expect ~15–20 hours/week depending on content volume.
• This is not a social media manager role. You're not managing DMs, running ads, or building content calendars. You're writing copy.
• This is not a generic copywriting gig. If your portfolio is blog posts and email newsletters, this probably isn't the right fit.

Compensation

$2,000–$3,000/month depending on experience and output volume. Paid monthly. This is a contractor position.
