Tech Talent Sourcer – Immediate Start

Overview

We are looking for a Tech Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition department on a full-time, remote basis. This is an immediate start position based in India, requiring candidates to work within IST working hours.

This role involves sourcing technical talent, with a focus on the Indian market, and collaborating on a full-time B2B contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify top tech talent, with a focus on the Indian market and specific tech hubs across the North/East corridor (Delhi NCR, Lucknow, Patna, and Kolkata belt)
• Leverage alternative platforms such as GitHub, StackOverflow, X-Ray searches, and local tech forums to find passive candidates
• Conduct initial screening calls with candidates, assessing technical baselines, evaluating communication skills, and pitching the startup’s vision to ensure culture fit
• Track and analyze pipeline data including top-of-funnel outreach volume, InMail response rates, pass-through rates, and market map data
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to diagnose pipeline issues and optimize sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain deep, localized networks within the Indian tech talent market

Requirements

• Technical sourcing experience (experience levels from less than 1 year to 5+ years considered)
• Experience sourcing tech talent, preferably with deep knowledge of the Indian market
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing platforms
• Ability to work reliably within IST working hours
• Openness to collaborating on a full-time B2B contract
• Strong screening and assessment skills for technical candidates
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management and optimization
