About the Role

We are looking for a high-performance High-Ticket Sales Development Representative to join the sales team at Yieldschool. Our top SDRs in 2025 did $30K+/month earnings. This is a fully remote, full-time role focused on qualifying inbound prospects and moving them to a closer’s calendar and getting them to show up. You will be speaking with high-net-worth individuals who have already engaged with our marketing but need help understanding the opportunity. This is an environment that rewards clarity and decisive action.

Key Responsibilities

You will be exceptional at helping prospects understand the value of attending a call with their Account Executive.
You’ll recognize when a prospect is not a fit and can make that judgment call.
Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and the supporting dialer tools.
Be obsessed with self-development - personal and physical health are at their peak.
Dive deep into our fulfillment systems and live & breathe what you are selling.

What We’re Looking For

Core Requirements

2+ years of high-ticket B2C sales/SDR experience.
Proven track record setting $2M+ in lifetime revenue.
North America hours and dedication to our business - you will not split your time with another company.
Comfortable selling high-value programs to high-net-worth individuals.
Highly coachable with fast implementation of feedback.
