ABOUT THE ROLE

Could you make grandma curious about buying her first BTC? 

We’re looking for a bold, witty, and very human copywriter that can create copy and content that speaks to the world. 

You’ll be helping to shape the voice of crypto to make digital finance feel both clear and closer to home, through marketing campaigns, newsletters, landing pages, social media, and more.  

You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure our messaging is informative, clever, and unmistakable to us.

Because in crypto, knowledge is currency.

ROLE RESPONSABILITIES

BRAND VOICE

• Develop & maintain the voice of Estoy: inviting, playful, confident, human (stands out in an industry that sometimes sounds like it’s written by robots!)
• Add personality to content without losing clarity and accuracy
• Ensure content and copy are consistent, align with the brand voice, meeting regulatory standards and compliance

PRODUCE ENGAGING COPY AND CONTENT

• Refine market research–driven content from scratch, translating insights into clear, compelling messaging 
• Turn complex crypto topics into clear, digestible, and sometimes fun content
• Create engaging materials that spark conversation and invite people into the crypto community
• Adaptive writing styles across formats (newsletters, advertisements, brochures, website, social media channels, etc)
• Write marketing automation email sequences that nurture leads and drive conversions
• Track and analyze engagement metrics to enhance future content direction

COLLABORATE & CREATE

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments to bring campaigns to life
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and help prioritize content ideas

WHAT WE NEED

• Proven experience writing for B2C or B2B fintech, crypto, trading, payments, or other regulated financial products is required
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates the ability to educate and entertain with a sense of humor and storytelling ability 
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to take ownership of projects from timelines to deliverables
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, digital marketing, and social media engagement analytics, metrics, strategies
• Comfort in using AI-powered tools and modern content creation platforms
• Experience with email marketing and marketing automation campaigns
• Fluent in English, a secondary language is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in English, Creative Writing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
