About the role

We are building a new-generation fintech platform at the intersection of digital assets and payments.

We are looking for a Marketing Lead who can take ownership of how the brand is positioned, how users discover the product and how growth is achieved from day one.

This is a hands-on role. You will not only define strategy but also be involved in execution, developing sales channels, testing ideas and scaling what works.

What you will be responsible for

·       Build and execute a brand awareness strategy prior to product launch, working within regulatory limitations

·       Define and lead the go-to-market approach across EU markets

·       Develop and manage user acquisition channels (paid, organic, partnerships, affiliates)

·       Own performance metrics such as CAC, conversion and retention

·       Lead content and communication strategy across social, web and campaigns

·       Identify and develop partnerships and distribution channels

·       Work closely with product and compliance teams to ensure alignment

Growth & visibility (SEO + AEO)

·       Develop and execute SEO strategy (search traffic, content, rankings)

·       Build AEO presence across AI-driven platforms

·       Structure content for both search engines and AI tools

AI-driven marketing

·       Use different AI tools for content creation, campaign development and analytics

·       Identify tools that improve efficiency and scalability

What we are looking for

·       5+ years experience in fintech, crypto and payments marketing

·       Strong understanding of growth marketing and performance metrics

·       Experience launching or scaling products

·       Ability to work independently and take ownership

·       Clear communication and structured thinking

Nice to have

·       Experience with major crypto exchanges or neobanks

·       Experience in regulated EU fintech environment

·       Experience with copy trading and other crypto products

·       Experience with Telegram-based trading communities
