Student Success Manager (Executive Learners)

Overview

We are looking for a Student Success Manager (Executive Learners) to join our team on a remote basis. This is a 6 month contract role focused on supporting executive learners in their professional development journeys.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in student or learner success, customer success, or education support
• Experience working in an EdTech or digital learning environment
• Comfortable facilitating group sessions online across multiple time zones
• Experience using CRM or learner management systems to track progress
• Ability to support learners who are at risk of disengagement
• Available to work remotely and manage communication across different time zones
• Comfortable handling confidential learner data and communications
• Passionate about supporting learners in their professional development journeys

Key Details

• This is a 6 month contract position
• Remote work from home (stable internet connection and quiet space required)
• The hiring process may require the submission of a short video interview as a first round

Locations considered: Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Stellenbosch, Bloemfontein, Durban (South Africa)
