We’re a small, nimble team made up of a designer, PM, and two product-minded software engineers.

We work fast, and you’ll work directly with relevant team members to help ideate, design, and implement new features. If you enjoy making contributions to this process, you’ll get on well.

You’ll be working across frontend and backend, and should be comfortable diving into UI and UX, as well as CRONs, queues, APIs, and sockets, even if you haven’t worked on all of them before.

This is a small product engineering team, so you’ll be close to the problem, the users, the trade-offs, and the commercial context. Code is the main tool, but the job is really about turning valuable business and user problems into working product.

You’ll be expected to contribute to the shape of what we build, not just how we build it. That means asking good questions, challenging assumptions, making sensible trade-offs, and helping us find the fastest responsible path from idea to shipped feature.

We do have process, but we are not rigid. We care more about useful outcomes than ceremony. If something can be improved, we want people who will spot it, say it, and help change it.
