About the Role
Sama Coaching is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Manual QA Tester to join our team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through thorough manual testing processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual test cases and test plans
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements
- Ensure software meets quality standards before release
- Report and communicate testing results clearly to the team
- Participate in sprint planning and review meetings
- Provide feedback on usability and user experience
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Manual QA Tester
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla)
- Ability to write clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
