Spreetail is seeking an FC Operations Coordinator – Platform Services to help keep fulfillment center operations organized, visible, and running efficiently across a distributed network. This role supports six FC Problem Solvers by managing task intake, tracking work queues, maintaining operational reporting, and ensuring issues are followed through to resolution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce or fulfillment environment while partnering cross-functionally to drive accountability, communication, and operational visibility across FC operations.
