We are looking for a talented front-end engineer to help build our growing fraud technology platform. In this role, you ll play a key part in crafting the client-side of our web applications, transforming complex company and customer needs into sleek, user-friendly experiences.

Our codebase is built with React hooks and TypeScript, and is supported by a modern development ecosystem. As part of our engineering team, you ll be working on high-volume applications that directly impact how we detect and prevent payment fraud on a massive scale. This means you ll have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team of talented engineers, designers, and product managers to create intuitive and scalable solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement intuitive, scalable, and responsive user interfaces for our fraud detection products
  • Work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to translate business requirements into high-quality, functional applications
  • Write efficient, maintainable code that performs well under heavy load
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and the continuous improvement of our internal development standards and best practices.
  • Continuously learn, grow, and adopt new technologies to keep our applications at the cutting edge

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 2+ years' work experience as a front-end engineer
  • Working experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, Vue), HTML, CSS, Git, and APIs is essential
  • Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
  • Experience writing unit and integration tests
  • An understanding of layout aesthetics and user experience principles
  • An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical and multitasking skills

Nice to have

  • An understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
  • Experience with React and TypeScript
