We are early in this journey — launching and scaling zero-to-one products that redefine how Dashers interact with their money.About the RoleWe're looking for a Head of Banking Operations to own Crimson ops end-to-end. You'll manage our bank partner relationships, own the P&L for Crimson, and drive the operational roadmap for how we provide better user outcomes (disputes, suspensions, support) and deepen engagement (more deposits and spend).
