Senior Frontend Software Developer
You 9ll design and maintain frontend systems using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and GraphQL while collaborating with backend engineers working primarily in Rust. This role focuses on creating intuitive interfaces for our Bitcoin banking platform.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain frontend applications using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and GraphQL
- Coordinate with Rust-based backend services for seamless integration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and stakeholders
- Implement best practices for testing, code reviews, and continuous integration/delivery
- Mentor team members and guide engineering practices
- Participate in open-source development, reviews, documentation, and community engagement
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years professional frontend or full-stack software engineering experience
- Strong Bitcoin engagement and adoption motivation
- Expertise in TypeScript, React, and Next.js
- GraphQL proficiency and API integration leadership
- Commitment to building secure, available, responsive software
- Strong product sense for financial applications
- English fluency (spoken and written)
- Async communication and remote work capability
Nice to Have
- Rust familiarity or willingness to learn
- Core banking or financial services platform experience
- Bitcoin and Lightning Network protocol knowledge
- React Native experience
- Spanish language proficiency
