Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads, SEO, Social Media) – Remote | Performance Marketing

Position Type: Full-Time, Remote

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize campaigns across paid, social, and organic channels.

This is a hands-on, execution-first role — not strategy-only.

You will:

  • Run and scale Google Ads campaigns
  • Manage social media engagement and content execution
  • Improve SEO and organic visibility
  • Continuously test, analyze, and optimize performance

What You’ll Own

1. Google Ads & Paid Search (Primary Focus)

  • Manage campaigns across:
    • Search
    • Display
    • Remarketing
  • Conduct keyword research and structure campaigns for performance
  • Write and test high-converting ad copy
  • Optimize key metrics:
    • CPC
    • CTR
    • Conversions
    • ROAS
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting
  • Identify and implement performance improvements

2. Social Media Execution & Engagement

  • Manage engagement across:
    • Instagram
    • Facebook
    • LinkedIn
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and audience interactions
  • Support:
    • Content scheduling
    • Caption writing
    • Post optimization
  • Monitor engagement metrics and audience growth

3. SEO & Organic Growth

  • Conduct keyword research using tools like:
    • SEMrush
  • Optimize:
    • Metadata
    • Content
    • Internal linking
  • Support technical SEO improvements
  • Track:
    • Keyword rankings
    • Organic traffic
  • Identify content gaps and growth opportunities

4. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track performance across:
    • Paid campaigns
    • Social channels
    • Organic traffic
  • Analyze data using:
    • Google Analytics 4
  • Prepare reports with:
    • Insights
    • Recommendations
  • Maintain clean documentation of campaign updates and changes
