At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Product Designer (UX/UI) to own the end-to-end product design experience across web and mobile applications.

This role goes beyond visual design.

User Research & Product Thinking

• Conduct:

  • Amplitude
  • Product analytics tools

UX/UI Design Execution

• Design:
  • Wireframes
  • Interactive prototypes
  • High-fidelity product interfaces
• Create responsive experiences across:
  • Web
  • Mobile
• Use tools like:
  • Figma
  • Adobe XD
  • Sketch

Design Systems & Scalability

• Build and maintain:
  • Design systems
  • Component libraries
  • UI standards
• Define:
  • Typography
  • Color systems
  • Spacing
  • Interaction patterns
• Ensure consistency across all product surfaces and experiences

Accessibility & Usability

• Design experiences aligned with:
  • WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
• Ensure:
  • Cross-device usability
  • Responsive experiences

  • Frictionless navigation

Experimentation & Optimization

• Run A/B tests across:
  • User flows
  • UI variations
