Blockchain Developer & Specialist in XRP Ledger

We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Developer & Specialist with expertise in XRP Ledger (XRPL). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain technologies, a passion for innovation, and hands-on experience in developing and deploying solutions using XRPL. This role involves building cutting-edge blockchain-based applications, tokenized asset platforms, and integrating with decentralized exchanges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy blockchain applications and solutions using XRP Ledger (XRPL).
• Implement secure and efficient smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Develop tokenized real-world asset (RWA) marketplaces and custodial wallets.
• Integrate Stablecoin FX mechanisms leveraging XRPL’s native decentralized exchange (DEX).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of blockchain solutions.
• Implement and optimize off-chain compliance oracles, such as TrustCheck.
• Monitor blockchain network performance and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with relevant security and regulatory standards.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in blockchain development, particularly with XRP Ledger (XRPL).
• Strong coding skills in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, C++, or Go.
• Knowledge of cryptographic principles and security best practices in blockchain applications.
• Experience with tokenization, stablecoins, and decentralized finance (DeFi) systems.
• Familiarity with blockchain architectures, consensus algorithms, and distributed systems.
