Salesforce Agentforce Developer

Amach is seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Engineer to support the design and delivery of intelligent, AI-enabled customer and operational solutions. This role will focus on developing and implementing scalable Salesforce Agentforce capabilities, integrating AI-driven workflows, and creating seamless user experiences across enterprise environments. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and the wider Salesforce ecosystem
• Develop AI-powered agent experiences and workflow automation capabilities
• Integrate Agentforce with enterprise applications, APIs, and external platforms
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions
• Configure and optimise conversational and operational workflows
• Support testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement activities
• Ensure security, governance, scalability, and platform best practices
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams to deliver outcomes

Required Experience

• Experience working as an Agentforce Engineer, Salesforce Engineer, or in a similar Salesforce technical role
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and configuration
• Hands-on experience implementing Agentforce, AI-enabled workflows, or intelligent automation solutions
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms and APIs
• Experience working within cloud-based and enterprise environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to collaborative delivery teams
