API Integrations Specialist

You'll work directly with clients, understanding their integration needs and delivering tailored API solutions to ensure seamless data flows across systems. This role requires a mix of technical proficiency and the ability to engage with clients effectively to provide high-quality, client-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead API integration projects for clients, ensuring seamless connectivity between various SaaS platforms
• Consult with clients to gather technical requirements and deliver integration solutions that meet business needs
• Design, implement, and test API integrations across systems to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that align with client objectives and privacy regulations
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients during and after the integration process

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience in API integration, particularly with SaaS platforms
• Experience with client-facing projects and strong communication skills
• Strong technical knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and integration technologies
• Experience with troubleshooting, testing, and optimizing API integrations
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus
• Eligible to work in the UK
