The Veeva Vault Tech lead Developer plays a key role in configuring Vault components, developing targeted customizations, and enabling integrations that streamline content review, approval, and compliance across global markets.


What You\'ll Do

  • Lead Veeva Vault technical delivery, providing hands-on configuration, solution design, and technical direction across enhancements, integrations, releases, and support.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Vault configurations and technical solution designs, providing feasibility, estimation, and delivery guidance.
  • Develop custom functionality using the Veeva Vault Java SDK where configuration is insufficient, and guide coding standards and best practices.
  • Build, support, and troubleshoot integrations using Vault APIs and ensure reliable data flows across connected systems.
  • Manage configuration migrations, deployments, release readiness, and version control across sandbox through production environments.
  • Support testing, defect triage, release execution, and post-deployment hyper care for escalated Vault issues.
  • Mentor developers and collaborate with QA, business stakeholders, delivery leads, and vendor partners throughout the delivery lifecycle.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of overall experience in Veeva Vault configuration and delivery, with strong senior-level expertise across objects, workflows, lifecycles, access, permissions, DAC, and security models.
  • Hands-on experience developing custom logic using the Veeva Vault Java SDK.
  • Working knowledge of Vault APIs, integrations, data flows, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Vault configuration migration, deployment, release management, and production readiness.
  • Familiarity with regulated content platforms such as PromoMats, MedComms, RIM, or QMS preferred.
  • Experience leading technical delivery in Agile, cross-functional, onshore/offshore team environments, with 2-3 years of experience in a Technical Lead or Team Lead capacity.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, and mentoring skills.
