Responsibilities

  • Component architecture, state management strategy, and scalable React patterns for large applications.
  • Core Web Vitals, bundle analysis, lazy loading, and sub-2s load time engineering.
  • Unit, integration, and E2E tests with Jest, Vitest, Playwright, and Testing Library.

Requirements

  • 5+ years production React experience.
  • Experience with React 18, Next.js App Router, and TypeScript used daily.
  • Expertise in React 18 & Next.js.
  • TypeScript strict mode.
  • Ability to participate in weekly sprints.
  • Full sprint ownership, architecture input, and mentoring junior developers (for full-time roles).
  • Experience working in teams with tech leads and scrum-ready teams (for React Dev Pod roles).
