IT Product Specialist

Salary: £51,100 - 51,100 per year

Responsibilities:

• We will rely on you to support and develop business-critical applications and digital solutions across the organisation.
• You will contribute to IT strategy, supplier management, project delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• You will deliver high-quality IT services throughout the full lifecycle of solutions, including solution design, installation, configuration, implementation, and ongoing technical support.
• You will provide application and hardware support both remotely and on-site.
• You will work collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and optimise system performance.
• You will take ownership of customer issues and proactively identify opportunities for service enhancement.
• You will contribute to the development of best practices across the team.
• You will participate in an out-of-hours support rota to provide business-critical support and maintain service continuity.
• You will share knowledge, support innovation, and help shape the future direction of our IT product support services.

We are an industry-leading healthcare provider focused on customer success and patient outcomes. You will join a collaborative IT Product Specialist team where innovation, development, and customer excellence are central to our culture. This role offers a development pathway and plays a vital part in delivering operational excellence, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and supporting key business objectives. The position is full-time at 37.5 hours per week, working between 08:30 and 17:30, with an additional out-of-hours on-call requirement. Travel throughout the UK and Ireland will be required for support activities, implementations, and installations.
