📋 Description
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites.
- Assist with site planning and system commissioning after construction.
- Organize daily service calls and route to ensure timely maintenance and repair work.
- Build strong customer relationships through outstanding service and support.
- Monitor daily inventory, complete service reports, and submit docs on time.
- Drive safely and travel to service locations following all laws and safety guidelines.
🎯 Requirements
- Must be available to travel Mon–Fri within ~150–250 miles radius
- Valid Driver’s License
- At least 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing systems (access control and/or
- OSHA certification and/or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects and climb ladders up to 30 ft
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to operate various power equipment (aerial
