Solution Architect - Security, Risk and OT

📋 Description

• Lead pre-sales activities including presentations, solutioning, and scoping workshops for
• Collaborate with customers and partners to define project scope, deliverables, and SOWs.
• Advise on governance, risk, and security best practices within a Customer’s technology landscape.
• Design and deliver ServiceNow OTM solutions aligned to long-term success and standards.
• Engage with senior leadership to discuss roadmaps and change management.
• Travel up to 50% as needed for customer engagements and internal meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into workflows and decision processes.
• OT domain expertise and ITOM (Event Management, Discovery, CMDB, Service Graph Connectors).
• Familiarity with Purdue/ISA-95/IEC 62443 concepts; OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 60870-5-104, OPC
• Knowledge of security zoning, zero-trust in OT, and network data feeds (mirror ports, ERSPAN).
• ServiceNow certifications (CSM, CAD, CIS) within 90 days; additional certifications encouraged.
• Strong communication and customer-facing presentation skills; ability to influence senior leaders.
