Principal Penetration Tester

📋 Description

• Deliver offensive security services in network, cloud, mobile, web, AI and wireless testing and
• Collaborate with clients and engagement leaders to develop approach proposals.
• Help develop best practices, methodologies, and templates for the pentesting team.
• Achieve high client satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Provide thought leadership via webinars, industry groups, and technical writings.
• Work with leadership to update and mature capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years’ experience delivering offensive security services in at least two areas (network
• Certifications preferred: OSCP, OSEP, CRTO, GWAPT, CRTL
• Knowledge of tools such as Nessus, Burp Suite, Wireshark, Kali Linux.
• Strong analytic/problem-solving, client reporting, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously on multiple projects and manage priorities.
• Mentor junior testers and contribute to repeatable processes and training materials.
