📋 Description

• Lead pre-sales activities and scoping workshops
• Define project scope, SOWs, and deliverables
• Guide architecture for ServiceNow OTM solutions
• Engage with CXOs and governance best practices
• Promote service offerings and customer success
• Travel up to 50% as needed

🎯 Requirements

• OT domain expertise and ITOM ServiceNow modules
• Experience integrating AI into processes
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders
• Familiarity with Purdue Model and ISA-95/IEC 62443
• Knowledge of OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC UA/DA, etc.)
• ServiceNow Certifications: CS Admin, CAD, CIS (within 90 days)
