📋 Description

• Join a data platform modernization project migrating a legacy Python/Spark ETL framework into dbt
• Collaborate with Lead Data Engineer and client engineers to migrate legacy ETL configurations
• Reverse-engineer legacy logic, author maintainable dbt SQL models, and enforce testing protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• dbt Core: 2+ years of production experience with sources.yml, schema.yml, tests (not_null, unique
• Databricks ecosystem: Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Databricks SQL Warehouses; exposure to Databricks
• Advanced SQL and legacy migration: strong SQL, CTEs, window functions; convert legacy Python ETL to
• Git & CI/CD: PR-reviewed workflows with automated CI/CD testing (GitHub Actions).
• Excellent problem-solving, ownership, documentation-first approach, and data quality focus.
