Commercial Construction Estimator (Framing)

📋 Description

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for commercial framing and construction projects
• Prepare accurate bids and estimates; review drawings, specs, and project scope
• Manage RFIs, submittals, revisions, and bid updates
• Vendor outreach to obtain pricing and project information
• Coordinate with subcontractors on scope, pricing, and requirements
• Provide pre-construction support and analysis; communicate with clients as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial or industrial estimating experience
• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent estimating experience
• Experience with commercial construction projects
• Ability to read/interpret construction drawings and specs
• Takeoffs and bids experience; familiarity with major bidding platforms
• Fluent English and Spanish; strong written/verbal skills
