Clio Operate / ShareDo Developer & Configurator

Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need 2-5 years experience designing, developing, configuring and delivering legal case management solutions.
• We need strong experience with Clio Operate (formerly ShareDo).
• We need experience developing and implementing workflow-driven business solutions.
• We need a strong understanding of legal services, case management processes and law firm operations.
• We need experience integrating with other legal applications.
• We need knowledge of APIs, data mappings, integration triggers and system dependencies.
• We need an interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies within legal workflows.
• We need strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• We need excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• We need the ability to work directly with clients, fee earners, business analysts and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• We design, develop, configure and customise Clio Operate / ShareDo solutions.
• We build and maintain workflows, automation processes and case management solutions.
• We develop integrations with legal and business systems, including practice management, finance and document management platforms.
• We design and implement API-enabled processes and workflow enhancements.
• We create and maintain document templates and related platform functionality.
• We analyse existing systems and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and performance enhancement.
• We work closely with project teams to scope, design and deliver technology solutions.
• We support testing activities, including configuration testing, system testing and user acceptance testing.
• We troubleshoot and resolve technical and configuration issues.
• We produce and maintain technical documentation, release notes and configuration records.
• We contribute to solution architecture and technical design discussions.
• We ensure security, compliance and data protection considerations are embedded within our solutions.
• We stay current with Clio Operate, ShareDo, legal technology and AI-enabled workflow innovations.
