ServiceNow Principal Solutions Architect

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Technical Architect, Principal Consultant, or Lead Consultant.
• We need strong ServiceNow solution design and platform architecture expertise.
• We want experience across one or more major ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or HRSD.
• We require enterprise integration experience using APIs and IntegrationHub.
• We are looking for strong stakeholder engagement and advisory skills.
• We want a track record of delivering complex ServiceNow programmes within large enterprise environments.
• We require British nationality and eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC).
• Desirable: ServiceNow CTA certification or progress toward CTA.
• Desirable: ServiceNow CSA and/or CIS certifications.
• Desirable: ITIL v4 Foundation or higher.
• Desirable: experience within regulated, secure, or government environments.
• Desirable: knowledge of Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, and MID Servers.

Responsibilities:

• We lead the architecture and design of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• We translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable platform designs.
• We provide architectural leadership across the full project lifecycle.
• We design enterprise integrations using APIs, IntegrationHub, and modern integration patterns.
• We drive governance, standards, and best practice across the platform.
• We engage with senior business and technical stakeholders.
• We support technical workshops, solution shaping, and pre-sales activities.
