📋 Description

• Lead one of Auror's engineering teams in the Risk Detection domain.
• Define technical direction for ASR and on-prem deployments across multiple sites.
• Drive reliability, performance, and privacy-conscious engineering at scale.
• Grow a high-performing team and partner with Product, Design, QE, and Customer Success.
• Incorporate governed AI practices and explore LLMs to accelerate delivery.
• Deliver the Risk Detection roadmap and strengthen observability and incident response.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core (or newer), distributed and edge systems, cloud-native
• Experience with on-prem and fleet infrastructure, hardware lifecycle, and remote management.
• Proven engineering leadership and ability to mentor teams and manage performance.
• Excellent communication, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Interest in applying AI tools/LLMs to improve engineering practices and delivery.
• Strategic, big-picture thinking on scalability, performance, maintainability, and user experience.
