AI Enablement Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop AI-enabled workflows, agents, and infrastructure to improve productivity across functions.
• Define safe, scalable AI enablement standards and governance.
• Create reusable templates, skills, and implementation patterns for reuse by teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering to build custom AI solutions when off-the-shelf tools fall short.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Systems/Solutions IT engineering within SaaS or cloud-native orgs.
• Experience deploying and supporting AI tools at scale.
• Strong scripting/integration: Python, TypeScript, and/or shell.
• Knowledge of API integrations, secure authentication, and enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with MCP, AI agents, agent frameworks, or LLM-based apps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to translate business needs into AI
