🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years as a professional developer using Python, Go, C#, Java, or similar, with strong Python/Go
• Hands-on server-side development; multi-threaded and async programming.
• Proven ability to build high-performance SQL-based apps and DB designs.
• Experience with data-intensive apps and cloud-scale systems.
• Strong Scrum/Agile experience; ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent problem-solving, performance, and scalability focus.
